Q: Did you find the 10-day acceleration program useful? What were three things that GrabCoinClub’s team has learned that may benefit the company in the long term?

A: “Yes, the acceleration program was very rich, useful and interesting. We learned a lot of useful things for startups there. But 3 I liked the most:

Uncovering SaaS tools for finding contacts: The team learned about powerful SaaS services that help locate the right contact information for people across the internet. By simply entering a LinkedIn account, they were able to find personal and business emails of potential investors.
Understanding TAM, SAM, and SOM for startups: The program introduced GrabCoinClub to the methodology for determining Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM). The team was able to apply this knowledge to the GameFi industry, enhancing their understanding of the market potential for their venture.
Developing effective Lean Canvases and measuring KPIs: The acceleration program provided valuable insights into creating Lean Canvases and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These tools will help GrabCoinClub maintain focus on their goals and measure progress as they forge ahead.”

Q: Any advice for aspiring entrepreneurs?

Keep in mind that genuine acceleration programs are always free; if a program requests payment, it is likely not legitimate.”
